This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Super CRM subscriptions, operated by Nexora Technologies.
Subscriptions
Super CRM plans are billed annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of fees already paid.
Refunds
- If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided the Service has not been substantially used (for example, no live campaigns have been sent).
- After this period, annual subscription fees are non-refundable.
- WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta are non-refundable, as they are consumed on usage and charged by Meta directly.
- Enterprise and custom WhatsApp bot engagements are governed by their specific agreement/quote.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@nexoratechnologies.cloud or message us on WhatsApp (+91 99036 93830) with your registered email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
