Ads & Marketing Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Meta Ads features of Super CRM (the "Ads Service"), provided by Nexora Technologies ("Nexora", "we", "us"). They supplement our general Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply; where the two differ for the Ads Service, these terms control. By connecting a Facebook account to the Ads Service you accept these terms.

1. The Ads Service

The Ads Service connects to Meta Platforms' Marketing API so you can, inside Super CRM, view your ad accounts, choose one of the Facebook Pages you manage, create and manage Click-to-WhatsApp ad campaigns (including pausing, resuming, archiving, and adjusting budgets), and view their performance metrics. Ads created through the Ads Service may be delivered across Meta surfaces, including Facebook and Instagram. Further features may be added over time (for example carousel creatives, Instagram-identity selection, or AI-assisted ad management); any such additions are also governed by these terms. The Ads Service is an optional add-on enabled per account by Nexora and may require a separate subscription or fee.

2. Relationship with Meta

  • The Ads Service is built on Meta's Marketing API but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Facebook", "Instagram", and "Meta" are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Your advertising itself remains governed by your own agreements with Meta — including the Meta Terms of Service, Meta Advertising Standards, and Meta's commerce and self-serve ad terms.
  • Meta may change, rate-limit, or withdraw API functionality at any time; we are not responsible for Ads Service interruptions caused by Meta.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you are authorised to access and manage every ad account you connect, and that your use complies with your organisation's policies.
  • You are solely responsible for the content, targeting, legality, and outcomes of your advertising, including compliance with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws and with Meta's Advertising Standards (including rules on prohibited content and discriminatory practices).
  • All advertising spend is billed by Meta directly to your ad account's payment method. Nexora never collects, holds, or is liable for your ad spend, and Ads Service fees (if any) do not include advertising budget.
  • You must keep your Super CRM login secure; actions taken through your account are attributed to you.
  • You must not use the Ads Service to circumvent Meta restrictions, scrape data, or access ad accounts you do not control.
  • Click-to-WhatsApp ads: you confirm you control (or are authorised to use) the Facebook Page, Instagram presence, and WhatsApp number you attach to a campaign, and that you will handle the resulting conversations in line with your own privacy notices and the consent and anti-spam laws of each recipient's jurisdiction (e.g. India's DPDP Act, the UK GDPR/PECR, and the US TCPA/CAN-SPAM). People who message you through an ad become your contacts, for which you are the data controller.

4. Data

Our collection and handling of advertising data is described in the Ads & Marketing Privacy Policy. You may disconnect your Facebook account at any time from the Meta Ads page, which deletes the stored connection data.

5. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ads Service (in whole or in part) with reasonable notice where practicable. We may suspend access immediately if your use risks breaching Meta's terms, these terms, or applicable law, or if Meta suspends or restricts our app.

6. Disclaimers & liability

  • Campaign metrics are produced by Meta and displayed as received; we do not warrant their accuracy or completeness.
  • The Ads Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora is not liable for advertising results, lost profits, ad account restrictions or bans imposed by Meta, or indirect or consequential losses arising from the Ads Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for the Ads Service is limited to the fees you paid to Nexora for it in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Ads Service at any time by disconnecting your Facebook account. We may terminate or suspend the Ads Service for your account for breach of these terms. Sections 2, 3, 6, and 8 survive termination.

8. General
